How do I add sponsors to an event?

The easiest way to incorporate your sponsors' branding into an event page is to use the Event Description, as described in Option 1 below. Some ePublishing clients may also take advantage of Option 2 if their websites are configured with Version 2 of the Event Manager.

If you'd like your customers to be able to easily sort events by sponsored vs. non-sponsored, tag your event as a Sponsored Event in Classification when setting up the Event in the Event Manager.

Option 1: Add your sponsors' logos to the Description of the Event.

Use HTML or add the image using the WYSIWYG editor by clicking on the image icon (circled).

If editing through the WYSIWYG, click Commit Changes when finished.

After adding your sponsors' logos, click Save.

After adding your sponsors' logos, click Save.

Option 2: If your website is configured to display the Image associated with your Event, incorporate your sponsors' logos there.

The latest version of the ePublishing Event Manager allows you to add an image that will be displayed at the top of the Event page on your website. If you don't know which version your website uses, contact your solutions manager.
