How do I insert an image or video into an article or blog post?

This article will show you how to first add an image into the body of your blog or article post. This will include formatting the image.

The second part of this article will show you had to add a video.

PART 1 - Adding an image

In your article, with your cursor in the position where the image should go, click on the image icon within the WYSIWYG editor.

When the Image Properties box opens, select Browse.

Or if you already know the location of your image, paste it in the URL field under "or add a remote source."

Select your image.

To import a new image into your Media Manager, click the Upload Image icon instead.

After you upload your image it will show up in your WYSIWYG editor.

Adjust the settings for your image by clicking on the image. An editing toolbar will appear below your image.

  1. Align your image

  3. Delete the image
  4. Add a link to your image
  5. Display inline or break text
  6. Add a simple style
  7. Add alternative text
  8. Adjust the size

When you have completed your edits in the WYSIWYG, click Save.
