My Stage Admin tools or website are down. Should I submit an emergency support desk ticket?

The ePublishing Stage environment's main purpose is to provide a safe environment for testing development changes. You are welcome to use it to test content you are thinking of changing on production when stage is available. We cannot guarantee a schedule of availability or that the content on Stage is stable or reflects your production site. If you would like to verify the status of your staging server, during ePublishing busines hours feel free to post a note your Project Manager in Basecamp and they can check up on it for you. Please do not contact the Help Desk about Stage. We do not provide help desk support for the Stage environment.

Please note that when new development changes are pushed to your website's staging server, we need to keep those changes in place until they are approved to avoid accidentally testing the wrong changes. If you cannot approve or review a change that your project manager has loaded to Stage within a reasonable amount of time, please notify your project manager so that they can move it, if necessary.
