How can users opt into free newsletters without creating an account?

Continuum allows users to opt into free newsletters without creating an account by signing up with only an email address.

Note: this feature only supports opt-ins to your free newsletters.

1. Newsletter opt-in within pop-up message

To create a pop-up message with the newsletter opt-in form, please refer to "How do I create a pop-up message on my website?"

2. Newsletter opt-in within right rail

If you are interested in adding a newsletter opt-in form to your site's right rail, please contact your project manager.

3. Managing newsletter opt-ins in User Manager

User Manager allows filtering for:

  1. Users who have opted into a newsletter with an email only and have created an account: This will filter users who originally submitted the newsletter opt-in form with only their email address and later logged into the site to finish creating their account
  2. Users who have opted into a newsletter with an email only and have not created ann account: This will filter users who originally submitted the newsletter opt-in form with only their email address and have not since logged into the site to finish creating their account

To select between the have / have not filters, hover over the hyperlink and click to select.

Then click the toggle button to apply the filter.

You can further filter the users by selecting a date range. These dates correspond to when the user record was created in Continuum, i.e., when the user submitted the newsletter opt-in form.

You can also export the list of filtered users into a csv file by using the Exports functionality.
