How to Generate Magic Tokens

Step 1: Access Magic Tokens 

  1. Navigate to Site/Reports
  2. Select Magic Tokens

Note: If this option is not available to you, please reach out to your project manager or submit a help desk ticket to request access.

Step 2: Configure Token Settings 

  1. Choose your desired date time frame
  2. Select when you want the token to expire

Step 3: Download and Use

  1. The file will automatically download as a CSV
  2. Use this CSV file in your email outreach messaging

 

The Account Claim URL format will be similar to this example:

https://www.site.com/user/account-claim/token?abc123

www.site.com - this will be your site's URL

abc123 - this will be the token (it will be much longer than this example)

 

 

How It Works for Recipients

When a recipient receives the magic token link:

  • They click on the link
  • If the token has not expired, they will be automatically brought to their account center
  • No additional login required (as long as the token is still valid)
