Jump to Continuum from the Front End
Overview
When enabled, admins logged in on the front end of the site see two types of links that jump directly into Continuum:
A page button in the top-right corner that opens the relevant Continuum tool for the page you're on. On an article it opens that article's editor. On the products index it opens the products tool. On pages without a direct match it opens the Continuum dashboard.
Per-element Edit badges on individual items (article cards, product listings, event listings, directory entries, the featured poll, author bio boxes). Clicking a badge opens the editor for that specific record.
The links only appear for users logged in with an admin role. Logged-in non-admins and anonymous visitors see nothing.
Enabling the feature
The setting is off by default. To turn it on, go to Admin > Global Variables and set continuum.admin.links.enabled to true. The change takes effect within about a minute.
Using it
Log in to the front end of the site with an admin account. Navigate normally. The page button appears in the top-right; Edit badges appear on individual items you can edit. Clicking either takes you to the matching tool in Continuum, where you can make changes and return to the page.
